I Just Wanted to Say...

I just wanted to say, I'm sorry.

You felt like home to me and I wasn't doing the proper housekeeping.

I'm sorry that I was so self-centered.

Feeling how I felt for you, there were times where I should've put you first, yet, I didn't.

I'm sorry that I allowed my hurt to enable me to hurt you. I should have known better and let go sooner.

And I'm sorry it took me this long to apologize.

Because I know now, you may never know how sorry I am.
